My mission is to put the client first and be a trusted advisor with the sale and purchase of all residential and land real estate transactions. I enjoy the connection with other people and listening to their needs, desires, and dreams. Listening allows me to help them create and be a part of their individual journey. I understand that Real Estate transactions are big decisions that bring on a variety of emotions as well as financial impacts. There are many variables to consider when making a purchase or sale. My desire to educate my client and be the trusted advisor to deliver a smooth and excellent experience is what fuels my motivation to be an expert in the industry.
In 2017, I began my career after deciding it was time for a change. 20 years as a licensed registered nurse I needed to do something new but still had a burning desire to help people. My husband and I had moved many times through the 20 years of his military career, so I knew a thing or two about moving and homes. We have been fortunate to stay in the Clarksville/Fort Campbell area for the last 15 years and have moved 5 times within the county and have settled after building our forever home. All of this personal experience, knowledge of the area, and local connections made the decision pretty easy that real estate was the way for me to go.
Since 2017, my business has grown every year primarily from my sphere of influence and the referrals I receive from previous clients based on the professionalism and care I have provided through multiple transactions.
In 2020, it was time to expand the business. During Covid, I was not only still consulting with clients but I began the start of the Kimberly Harris Homes Team. This was the year I worked the hardest in all of my life. However, I knew this would provide an even better experience and improve the customer service with the addition of an administrator. I was able to enhance the client experience by improving communication and providing more hands-on assistance with the transaction to close process. My 10 years of coaching experience came in handy when I decided to add additional agents and coach them on my proven methods. This has allowed me to provide a high level of service to a larger number of clients.
In 2022, the team was able to help 67 different families last year and close over 19 million dollars in real estate transactions. Staying true to fashion though, it was time to expand my service area so I became licensed in Kentucky as well so I could better serve those clients that preferred, but not limited to the Oak Grove and Hopkinsville area.
My goal is to continue to keep the people first, all while expanding my knowledge to continue to improve the client experience. I have a couple things up my sleeve this year so I guess you will have to come read my updated bio in 2024 to see what we pull off this year.
